You will get bored to know that i m asking a question to you,but i wont be able to give you any marks which you think proves your superiority,but still i have to ask.

The Background is common story of our lives which i m going to remind you in short and long.
We are born,sent to prep. to be able to secure admission in a good school.

welcome to school,here you are taking 3 exams and several test per year to maintain your seat
,to prove yourself to your parents ,guardians ,friends etc.Throughout the 15-16 years we are in school we took hundreds of exams,tests plus some special trials(read board,olympiad etc.) to prove were worth coming in this world...............
THE BELL GOES OFF forever...
out of school ,now we have to prepare for a nation wide test to get admission in a good college whether you we have to do B.E or B.A,test is must.Its ok ,gone through that,got admission ,completed 3/4/5... years.Out of it again get ready for another major
exam,the placement season on now.Take written,participate in G.D,group tasks and whatever annoying questions you have to answer
(why you want this job?...coz you r the only one offering me )
OK you are a responsible person now,only because you r doing a job,just that .
know you need your better half,then someone to complete your family ...life goes on.
The axis of the story is competition/test/verification ...anything you know it as..
THE BIG Q is
as a common person we have to go through so many exams to prove our worth
, then why the person representing me,you ,us all have to pass the exam once in five year only?why !!!!!!!!!!!!
Why not every year,every month ,or if possible every day?
Why not have a system where we will analyse/vote our government on various parameters
(policy,execution,ethics,infrastructure development and other common parameters)
Obviously this is not feasible with our current voting system ,here our softy engineers could
help us,The people practicing typing all the time could type something for their
fellow peoples.
We could have a web based system where we will assess our MP/MLAs/Minister etc on regionwise,statewise,nationwise basis.
Think a website where i will access my hometown's webpage and give marks to my regions's MP/MLA etc,you will do it for your region and so on.i know the problems in my GALLI ,my locality.
I could assess various development in my areas.We'll be having a second life, a virtual ,a utopian one
For ex. let's say i like the policy of disinvestment ,but i dont like the way in which the ruling party is handling the policy,so i will choose to keep the policy but change the government.
The common deciding parameter could be listed from intellectual sitting i india or abroad,
from economists,engineers,doctors,
our (brain) drain pool ,or from our very own roadside international bestseller supplier.
Let's say i got a new transformer installed in my locality,as i m electrical engineer working 8 hours a day deciding load sizing for transformers in my company,i could do the same for my home ,i could check whether the transformer is of correct capacity or not.Sameway my MBA friend could check the finance records of his local governing body..... just like that
Now the thing is you will say w still don't have that much IT infrastructure.My answer is a very beautiful ,overused business word designed for developing countries like us that is OPTIMIZATION
Whatever we have ,we need to use that optimally.Use NGOs,Social networking sites,cybercafes....

dude i agree wit u...but jsut imagine...just lets take example of ur society....do u really think that ur voice wuld b hrd...i can imagine hw many times our complaints r listened physically...so thru electronic mean nw?...dunno buddy nd do u relly think hw many people have time to do this? infact hw many arund u think will do it? nd u comparin with class exams....its a sin if u fail in class or sem...isnt it....has nyone asked that "have u given vote, have u dne with feedback frm for politicians" 2 b true its mre than just a sin but wuld our voice b hrd....infact lets take eg of ma colony.....the park behing me was nt lightened properly till nw nd even after continous complaints.....but nw it is lightened...u knw y? just coz smedays back there was a robbery in the colony's head management memeber....imagine this buddy!!!
